The hydraulic system is a key maintenance area. Regularly check the hydraulic oil level, quality, and temperature. If the hydraulic oil becomes emulsified, darkened, or contaminated with excessive impurities, replace it in a timely manner. Meanwhile, clean or replace the filter element to ensure smooth oil flow, prevent damage to the oil pump and oil cylinder, and maintain stable cutting pressure.

Guide rails and transmission components require regular lubrication. Blades and tool rests should be inspected and ground regularly. Electrical and control systems also need maintenance. Regularly inspect the PLC, servo motors, wiring connectors, and sensors to ensure normal display on the operation panel and stable switching between automatic and manual modes, avoiding downtime caused by electrical faults that affect production schedules.
