Safe mechanical operation in the board workshop is a top priority of production management. Non-standard operations can easily lead to work-related injuries and equipment damage. Drawing on experience from hundreds of implemented projects, Jurui has formulated safety specifications for equipment operation and factory production management systems, and shared standardized operating guidelines with partner customers.

1. Personnel Access Training: New employees must receive special safety training for the three types of equipment, and be familiar with high-risk areas including feeding ports, pressing zones, cutting blades, sawing and milling spindles. Those who fail assessments are prohibited from independent machine operation. All on-the-job staff must operate machines with valid certificates.

2. Mandatory Equipment Operation Specifications: Do not reach into processing areas while machines are running. Waste removal and parameter adjustment must be carried out after machine shutdown and power cut. Complete power disconnection is required for replacing milling cutters on single-board saw-milling machines, changing blades on cutting machines, and cleaning glue tanks on panel jointers, to prevent hazards caused by accidental startup.

3. Regular Factory Control: The enterprise implements 6S workshop management, including daily pre-shift safety briefings and post-shutdown power-off and equipment cleaning. Regular fire inspections and mechanical hazard investigations are conducted. Safety warning labels are affixed to equipment bodies. Safety operation manuals are delivered to customers alongside physical equipment, to unify safety guidance across all channels.

During equipment R&D, Jurui Automation optimizes safety protection structures simultaneously. All three models are equipped with protective baffles and emergency stop devices, mitigating production safety risks through both hardware design and standardized workflows.
