A board production enterprise in the southwest region, specializing in the processing of floor substrates and composite boards, and dealing with a large amount of wood chips of different specifications on a daily basis. In the past production process, ordinary equipment processing was prone to overlapping splicing and large gaps, requiring a large amount of manual repair of finished products. The repair process took up a lot of manpower, and once the order volume was large, the repair station would become a production bottleneck. The customer hopes that the equipment can stably process wood chips of different specifications, reduce rework, and improve the efficiency of the entire production line flow.

After comparing equipment solutions from multiple sources, the customer selected the Ju Rui wood chip horizontal splicing machine. After the equipment delivery is completed, Ju Rui technicians will go to the site for installation and debugging, connect with the customer's original production line before and after the process, and provide daily equipment operation and basic maintenance training to workshop operators.

After the wood chip horizontal splicing machine is put into use, the gap control of wood chip splicing is stable, reducing the amount of manual repair work in the later stage and reducing raw material waste. The equipment can operate continuously for a long time and adapt to the factory's two shift production mode, helping the factory alleviate the production capacity pressure during the peak season of orders.

After the project was implemented, the customer provided feedback that the equipment was running stably, with simple daily maintenance, and the overall flow efficiency of the production line was improved.
